By accessing or using the Drixal ERP® platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
“User” refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service. “Content” means any data, information, or materials submitted to the Service. “Subscription” refers to a paid or authorized plan granting access to the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for lawful business use only. Users must not engage in unauthorized access, system interference, data misuse, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable cybercrime or misuse laws.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding authentication credentials, and ensuring that all Content and activities conducted through the Service comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection or contract laws. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of access.
All software, platforms, documentation, trademarks, and materials provided through the Service are the exclusive property of Drixal or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drixal ERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Drixal’s ERP total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the User for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are breached, payments are overdue, or activities present security, legal, or operational risks. Upon termination, all rights to use the Service immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved before competent courts with appropriate jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
